Donghyung “David” Yi

David successfully and consistently provides Commercial Real Estate Advisory Services, Capital Market Financial Advisory and Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Services to our Global Clients in the United States, the Republic of South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Prior to Pacific Rim Hospitality Group, at Global Real Estate Development (G.R.E.D.), David traveled regularly between the United States and Southeast Asia completing equity, debt and structural transactions for office, warehouse, and hospitality properties. In addition, he created financial restructuring of several developer portfolios, which incorporated institutional joint venture participation. In the course of his work he has represented private investors in the acquisition of non-performing first mortgages that were later converted to equity. He has successfully managed Investment Sales Transactions for Daewoo International Incorporated in Chicago, Hankook Tire in New Jersey, Marriott Hotels in Upstate New York. In the Republic of Korea, David Brokered transactions for United Technology in Incheon, Otis Elevator Group in Dangjin and Advised and Brokered a Multi-use Hotel, Retail and Office project for the Tang Yang Group in Mapo as well as providing Advisory Services for Starwood Hotels. At Charles Klatskin David executed Investment Sales Transactions for Haen Jin Shipping to purchase its Head Quarters in New Jersey, Hankook Tire USA also in New Jersey, USA Meat in New York City, and a Daewoo Motors Plant in Chicago. David is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute with Distinction (CIREI), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CICM) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New Jersey.
